Shipping & Returns
All of our products are made to order and the items are shipped within 2 weeks from the date of the order.
We currently ship within the EU only.

Portugal: 1-4 business days
Other EU countries: 2-5 business days
We offer free shipping on orders over 200€.
We offer several delivery options depending on your location. Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout and select a delivery option.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.
We may inform you of the expected delivery time and any delays by email.
If you discover any clear damage to the packaging upon receipt of delivery, please report this to the shipping provider immediately and contact us at hello@fusqo.com.

Returns
You have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the package. The item must be returned unused, unaltered and in the same condition as the customer received it in.
We will make the refund within 30 days after receiving the returned product at our address.
If the returned product has been used, damaged, or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, we have the right not to accept the returned item. In that case, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping back to you.
Exchanges are not available at the moment, so we encourage you to order the item you would like and return the item you do not want anymore.
For returns, please contact us at hello@fusqo.com to request your return label. Please include your order number.
We will send you a shipping label by email, which you must use to send the package back to us. Please make sure to carefully pack the product in the original box to better protect the product during transport.
The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping.
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will cancel the order unless the customer would still like to receive it. In that case, the customer must pay for a new shipping.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time until the point we have shipped your order. To cancel your order, please send us an email with your request and order number to hello@fusqo.com.
Defects
If you discover any clear damage to the packaging upon receipt of delivery, please report this to the shipping provider immediately and contact us at hello@fusqo.com.
If you have received the incorrect product from us or if the product itself is damaged, please contact us at hello@fusqo.com.
If the product you have received from us displays any defect within 2 years from the date of purchase, please notify us about the defect within reasonable time by sending a notice of defect to hello@fusqo.com. Please include your order number and a clear description and image of the defect.
Non-conformity caused by maltreatment, abnormal use, wear and tear or accidents do not qualify as "defects".
Upon receipt of your notice of defect, we will make a determination as to whether it qualifies as a defect or not. If we have determined that it is a defect, we will offer you one of the following solutions, at no cost to you: (i) a repair, (ii) replace the good in part or full or (iii) a refund.
If you have returned the product to us, and we have determined that it does not qualify as a defect, you are responsible for the costs of the return and any further shipping back to you.
