This website is operated by Nelson de Araujo Design. Throughout the site, the terms "Fusqo", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nelson de Araujo Design.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors of the website www.fusqo.com, as well as any transactions of commercial nature carried out on the website. By visiting our website and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions", "Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website.
You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices on the Website are shown in Euros (€). Unless otherwise specifically stated, all prices are inclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to change prices on our Website without prior notice. If we charge a shipping fee for your order, this will be added in the checkout process before you place your order.
We accept the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal.
3. MODIFICATIONS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.
4. ORDERS
You must be above the legal age in your country or have permission from your parent or legal guardian to purchase goods from us. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions, and that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Orders are binding for us only once we have confirmed your order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to special circumstances, such as a product being sold out, technical issues, or errors on our Website.
We also reserve the right to change the price of a product after you have placed an order, but before the shipping of your order, upon prior written notice to you. You have the right to cancel your order if we have increased the price of a produtct after you purchased it.
5. DELIVERY
All of our products are made to order and the items are shipped within 2 weeks from the date of the order. We currently ship within the EU only. We offer free shipping on orders over 200€.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Portugal: 1-4 business days
Other EU countries: 2-5 business days
We offer several delivery options depending on your location. Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout and select a delivery option. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. We may inform you of the expected delivery time and any delays by email. If you discover any clear damage to the packaging upon receipt of delivery, please report this to the shipping provider immediately and contact us at hello@fusqo.com.

6. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at any time until the point we have shipped your order. To cancel your order, please send us an email with your request and order number to hello@fusqo.com
7. RETURNS
You have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the package. The item must be returned unused, unaltered and in the same condition as the customer received it in. We will make the refund within 30 days after receiving the returned product at our address. If the returned product has been used, damaged, or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, we have the right not to accept the returned item. In that case, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping back to you. Exchanges are not available at the moment, so we encourage you to order the item you would like and return the item you do not want anymore.
For returns, please contact us at hello@fusqo.com to request your return label. Please include your order number. We will send you a shipping label by email, which you must use to send the package back to us. Please make sure to carefully pack the product in the original box to better protect the product during transport. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping.
8. WARRANTY AND DEFECTS
Our products come with a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects which appear within the warranty period, excluding non-conformity due to maltreatment, abnormal use, wear and tear or accidents that do not quality as manufacturing defects. You must notify us of the defect within reasonable time from when you became aware, or should have become aware, of the defect.
You may exercise your right of warranty by sending us an email to hello@fusqo.com. We examine all returned goods and determine if the defect is covered by the warranty. If we determine that it is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty, we will offer you one of the following solutions, at no cost to you: (i) a repair, (ii) a replacement of the good in part or full, or (iii) a refund. If you have returned the item(s) to us, and we determine that the defect is not a manufacturing defect and it is not covered by warranty, you agree that we may charge you the shipping fee to send the item(s) back to you.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
12. COLOR DISCLAIMER
Each lamp is a one-of-a-kind piece. Due to the 3D-printing process, there might be slight variations in color and texture that add to the charm and character of each piece.
The colors may also vary due to computer monitors displaying colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
